Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of products provided by the corporation named ETHERSENSE S.A., operating under the trade name GUESTCONNECT (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), including, but not limited to, the Ethersense Room Panel (hereinafter referred to as “the Products”). By purchasing, acquiring in any way, or using any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Products, strictly for their intended purpose. This license cannot be altered or transferred to a third party in any way.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the Products, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, belong to ETHERSENSE S.A. Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, selling, or licensing any part of the Products without prior written consent from ETHERSENSE S.A. is prohibited.
Use of Products
By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the Products solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with their intended use. The Company is not responsible for the installation, maintenance, or operation of the Products. These responsibilities lie solely with the user or an authorized person.
To use the Products, the user must pay an annual subscription fee to the Company. The use, warranty, and functionality of the Products require an active annual subscription.
Some Products, such as the Ethersense Room Panel, operate on 5V DC voltage, which can be supplied via USB, battery, or an external power supply. Not all Products support all three power supply methods. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the correct cables and chargers are used.
Tampering, opening, or any alteration of the Products (e.g., tampering, modding, or modifying components) is strictly prohibited. The Products, their contents, and their operating software constitute intellectual property, trademarks, and service marks of the Company, protected under Greek law, European law, and international conventions. Therefore, no part of these may be transferred, sold, copied, modified, reproduced, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way.
Certification and Compliance
All Products of ETHERSENSE S.A. are CE-certified and comply with the RoHS directive as required in the European Union.
Data Management
The Products may retrieve, store, and transmit data. These data are non-personal and include environmental sensor readings or user actions (e.g., button presses). The Company does not collect or process personal data through the use of the Products.
Warranty
ETHERSENSE S.A. guarantees that the Products will function correctly for one (1) year from the date of purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Period”), provided that the user’s annual subscription with the Company remains active.
Failure to pay or renew the annual subscription automatically voids the warranty provided by ETHERSENSE S.A. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or any other cause beyond the control of ETHERSENSE S.A. The warranty also does not cover loss or theft of Products, nor does the Company replace stolen Products.
Damages caused by natural disasters, such as storms, floods, earthquakes, or other acts of nature resulting in electrical or other issues, are not covered by the warranty.
Returns
You may return any unused and unopened Product within two (2) weeks from the purchase date for a full refund, provided the Product is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@ethersense.ai with your order details and the reason for the return. Returned Products must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer unless the Product is defective or the return is due to an error by the Company.
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned Product and will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Limitation of Liability
ETHERSENSE S.A. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental consequences arising from the use of the Products. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage related to the information, services, and content of the Products or obtained through them.
ETHERSENSE S.A. makes no warranties and assumes no liability for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Products and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
Modifications to Terms
ETHERSENSE S.A. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from the use of the Products or compliance with these Terms will be governed by Greek law, with the courts of Athens having jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms will remain valid and enforceable.
These Terms govern and define your contractual relationship with ETHERSENSE S.A. regarding the use of the Products and supersede any prior agreements between you and ETHERSENSE S.A. on the same subject.
